Shefali brings a multidisciplinary background in management consulting, international development, and frontier market advisory to 361. Prior to joining 361, Shefali was a Manager at Bain & Company, where she advised corporate, government, and non-profit clients on strategy, data and transformation, and social impact projects. She was seconded to the United Nations World Food Programme, where she advised WFP and other UN agencies on strategic initiatives. Earlier in her career, she served as a financial advisory analyst at Mongolia International Capital Corporation (MICC) in Ulaanbaatar, supporting domestic SMEs in accessing capital from DFIs and private sector investors.
