Herman brings a wealth of experience in the financial services industry, but more importantly he is just as passionate as we are about making 361 a success for our customers and for FINCA. Prior to joining FINCA, he was the Chief Revenue Officer and President of Pollinate Ltd., a payments platform that enabled banks to serve SMEs with a more targeted, digital, and data-led approach. He was also Executive Chair of Eazyfone, the largest mobile phone recycler in Europe, which was a major source of affordable phones for African markets. He has had an established career in banking with HSBC and private equity, including impact investing through a development fund in West Africa. He also brings substantive consulting experience as a Director at Bain & Co. and Managing Partner at Marakon Associates. His blend of financial services, strategic and technology experience is invaluable to executing on the important work of the 361 team with speed, impact and accountability.
